What you'll receive

By joining #TeamMSF, you'll receive:

Dedicated fundraising support: Our fundraising team will support you every step of the way to help you reach your fundraising target including providing a fundraising plan, fundraising resources and regular check-ins
Training support: Access to training plans and expert advice
Team MSF WhatsApp group: A dedicated Team MSF online space to connect with fellow runners, share progress, training tips, and fundraising ideas
Team MSF running top: You'll receive a free Team MSF running top to wear with pride on the day
In person support: A pre-race meet up, event-day cheer stations along the route and a post-race celebration
Meaningful impact: Your support will help MSF to continue to act fast, speak out and stay independent

How to apply

Step 1: Submit your application

Complete the application form below. As we have a limited number of places available, applications demonstrating strong fundraising commitment will be prioritised.

Step 2: Shortlisting

Shortlisted applicants will be contacted by a member of our Fundraising team for a brief chat before the final selection.

Step 3: Selection and onboarding

If you're selected, you'll hear from us in August 2025 – congratulations! To secure your spot on #TeamMSF, you must:

Pay the £100 registration fee within 7 days. Please note that this is non-refundable and non-transferrable

Once confirmed, you'll receive your welcome pack and can begin your fundraising and training journey!
