Every year, we highlight the work of an MSF team and invite supporters to send a message of solidarity over the festive season.

SEND YOUR MESSAGE

In previous years you’ve sent messages to the teams in Yemen and Afghanistan. Last year we focused on our team in Palestine. So why are we putting the spotlight on them again?

Since December last year, eight of our team in Gaza have been killed. Almost all have lost a friend or loved ones. Most have been forced to flee multiple times and many are now living in tents.

Despite this, our teams continue to provide life-saving care in the midst of the conflict.

Our emergency medics have set up trauma stabilisation points and field hospitals. Our orthopaedic team is working to save people’s limbs. Mental health colleagues are treating children traumatised by bombardment, displacement and loss.

Meanwhile in the West Bank, the escalation of violence and restrictions on movement have left people with limited access to basic services, including healthcare.

If you would like to send a message of goodwill to our staff in Palestine, please use the form provided. We will send these to our coordination teams, to be shared with the wider team as and when it is possible to do so.

We're so grateful for your support, by sending your message you will receive an email from MSF UK, containing a thank you message from our team.
