As part of MSF UK's Digital Testing Team, you'll play a vital role in enhancing our online interactions with members of the public as well as other MSF supporters. Your input will help us optimise our digital platforms and how we communicate online, ultimately enabling us to raise more funds ​to provide life-saving care for those who need it most worldwide.

How it works:

Taking part in our tests is a quick and easy experience - we'll reach out by email with an exciting opportunity to participate, no more than twice a month. These tasks should only last up to 25-30 minutes with no commitment to completing them.

You can also register your interest in participating in more in-depth testing (either in-person or virtually). In-person sessions would take place at MSF UK's office in London.

Homepage redesign

We've updated our website's homepage using vital feedback from our volunteers from last year. Input from our Digital Testing Team shaped the design and content, helping us create the best possible page.

Refreshed campaign designs 

Feedback from the team on our previous designs helped to shape our Emergency Surgery Response fundraising campaign, which raised vital funds for life-saving surgical care worldwide.

Supporter Help Centre

Through first-click studies, we learned where supporters expect to find key information. This helped us design our Supporter Help Centre which makes finding answers to key questions quicker and easier for our supporters.
