London Landmarks Half Marathon
Take on the incredible London Landmarks Half Marathon, and help power Médecins Sans Frontières / Doctors Without Borders (MSF)'s emergency medical teams to save lives.
The event
The event is not your average half marathon! Runners will race through the heart of central London taking in a unique 13.1 mile closed-road route from Downing Street to Trafalgar Square. The extraordinary course sweeps past some of the city’s most iconic sights including Big Ben, St Paul’s Cathedral, the Tower of London and the London Eye.
From world-famous landmarks and rich history to London’s lesser-known quirks and hidden corners, experience the capital in a completely different way. Expect an amazing atmosphere too, with themed cheer stations, live music and DJs!

We ask each Team MSF runner to raise a minimum of £400. Don’t worry our dedicated fundraising team will be supporting you every step of the way, so we’re sure you’ll smash this target!
Yes, there’s a £40 registration fee to secure your place on Team MSF, along with a £400 minimum fundraising target. Every step you take and every pound you raise will help us deliver life-saving medical care where it’s needed most.
