Take on the Chiltern 50 Challenge, and help power Médecins Sans Frontières / Doctors Without Borders (MSF)'s emergency medical teams to save lives.

The event
This challenge covers some of the best of the Chilterns countryside - walk, jog, or run along historic trails and over rolling hills.
Starting and finishing in Henley-on-Thames, there's a Saturday night celebration with a BBQ, entertainment and camping options. Choose from the full 50km challenge or a 25km route.
