Global Health and Humanitarian Medicine Course Application Form 2025/26 - MSF Funded Places

Thank you for your interest in applying for the 2025/26 Global Health and Humanitarian Medicine course. Please be aware that this course is only for Medical Doctors - if you are not a Medical Doctor then your application will not be considered. This first round of application is for MSF staff who are seeking an MSF funded place. If you are working for OCG or OCBA then you will need to apply via their internal application process.

The application process

The application is divided into seven sections, please ensure you answer every question that is relevant to you. Applications will close on 24 February 2025 at 12:00
 
You cannot save your progress on this application form. You may wish to write your answers in a word document and then copy them over. Once your application has been submitted, you cannot make make any changes.

Course requirements

It is highly recommended that you read the prospectus which is available on the GHHM website before completing this application. Please be aware that you need to attend at least 70% of weekly GHHM lectures and participate in at least 70% of GHHM group / online activities. You will need to commit 6-8 hours per week to the GHHM course including lectures, group work and self-directed learning.

Should you fail to meet these criteria you will not complete the GHHM Course or receive a course completion certificate.

How we will use your information

MSF UK collects your personal data on this form for the sole purpose of administering the Global Health and Humanitarian Medicine Course. The data is processed under Article 6(1) (b) (performance of a contract) of the General Data Protection Regulation. It is shared only with the academic institutions providing the course. If unsuccessful in your application, we will securely retain your data for one calendar year. If successful in your application we will securely retain your data for 5 years following your completion of the course, and after this will retain only basic contact information in order to maintain records of the course. You have a right to object to the processing of your data, and to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office should you feel our processing of your personal data is not compliant with the law.
